Cancer Blog Book Tour Stop#10: Appendix-Cancer
February 25, 2009
My hat is off to the great work that Carolyn Langlie-Lesnik does with www.appendix-cancer.blogspot.com. “This blog is dedicated to those who, the moment after receiving a cancer diagnosis, assume the identity of “Cancer Survivor” for the rest of their natural lives.”
Carolyn describes it further by saying, “My web site is devoted to medical and treatment information about this rare cancer. My blog is devoted to sharing what has been the more difficult part of the journey for me, the emotional and spiritual road I've traveled as a rare cancer survivor.” This feeling resonates precisely with me and is in complete lock-step with what I try to do with www.thistimesacharm.com.
Caryolyn recommends, and performs, some of the key healing success factors, in my opinion. She spends time learning Tai Chi, eating healthy and running every day. Carolyn is a big advocate for tapping into the power of the mind/body connection and her main encouragement to her readers is how they can develop their own empowerment after a cancer diagnosis.
Please join me today and stop by Carolyn’s blog. Take some time, read some posts, asks some questions, join the growth movement.
