The Moutray Chronicles offers an interesting mixture of cancer and current economic issues. Chad Moutray is the Chief Economist and Director of Economic Research for the Office of Advocacy at the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). He’s also the author of My Life with Laura: A Love Story. It’s the tale of his life, and ultimately loss, of his beloved wife Laura. Laura died from breast cancer way before her time in November of 2007.
